The technician knew what he was doing and corrected a simple drainage issue by replacing the drain trap with what was supposed to be there and checked out everything else to ensure proper operation

DANGER!!! If you are looking for any of the wonderful things that their beautiful website brags about RUN! They are not who they say they are! If you get directed to the manager Will, run faster!! I prefer to work with honest people, people who have integrity, morals, live by principles that they can be proud of. (Kind of like we learned in elementary school) There are many other A/C companies that you can be comfortable with. But, to believe what they print because its sounds exactly what you are looking for will prove to be a horrible mistake. Buyer beware! I would surely want someone to share their experience with me.

The tech, Eddie, was very professional and helpful. Based upon his work I signed up for their annual service plan ( though it is called annual it was explained to me that the plan it includes 2 full service calls per year( every 6 months) for each of my air conditioner units, including blow outs of drain lines, cleaning in place handler coils, and inspection of entire air conditioning system , among other benefits at a reasonable price of $200/ year per unit. Good deal.
