Regular maintenance was done and filter changed. Technician was on time and got right to work. He was done in a timely manner and was very courteous.

AC stopped blowing cold air. Called them Sunday evening around 10pm. Scheduled appointment from 8-12 on Monday. Technician arrived at ~11.30am. Gabriel immediately found the problem, our AC coil was a frozen block of ice. He scheduled me for another appointment from 4-6pm and advised it may be a disgruntled tech. Paid the $89.95 and this is still an open ticket. I'd give Gabriel 5 stars and the company itself the lower rating, only because they were 3 1/2 hours into their appointment window. Hopefully, all will be resolved easily.... Crossing fingers this can be a simple repair. Rheem unit, yr mfg 2006.

Have dealt with Mike Carter for two years now for semi-annual maintenance/check-ups. Very knowledgable with AC systems. Explains what he is doing and the impact of the steps he is taking. Would highly recommend asking for him.
