I came home after a week out of town to a broken A/C and my home was 87 degrees. I have a service contract with One Hour A/C, called them, and technician Rudy arrived a few hours later and diagnosed the problem as a broken blower motor in the attic causing the compressor to freeze up into a huge block of ice. He was able to order the part from Carrier and Rudy cane back the next day to install. So in less than 24 hrs, I had full restoration of service. Everyone I dealt with were very professional and most kind. The best news is that it was all covered by warranty. Thank you One Hour Team!
