One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating - Naples

This is my first experience with your company and technician. I live out of state and I have a rental unit I was given some bad information for another company who had been doing the annual service on that unit for years, but they sold the company and the new company came out to do the cleaning check He told me it was an old unit which I knew and things were going to go bad so I asked him to come back do some measurements and perhaps get a new unit in the near future. An appointment was set up For Tuesday of next week, but the very next day, which was yesterday Saturday her air stopped working completely. I called the company. They came back and said the compressor was not working And could not do anything at that time to give her some air-conditioning. I called your company. They came out this morning and there was a clog in the line which he said happens very frequently in Florida and fixed it. He was there 15 minutes. We discussed getting a new unit at some point since the current one is old but he made suggestions but he said donâ t do anything now if something goes wrong call us And we will come out and see if it is fixable or if It is time for a new unit. He was completely honest, so weâ re the office staff. Courteous, knowledgeable, and friendly I am so glad I found your Company thank you for helping me out. I would recommend you highly
