    One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating were the first to respond to my request for quotes on Home Advisor. They booked an appointment ASAP so as to ensure I went with them versus any other service provider. However the day of the appointment no one showed up. What a waste of my time waiting all morning for them to arrive!

    One hour. Sent Shawn out to help with my ac unit. He cleaned everything out and 3 days later, I had the same problem. I am still sopping up water on a bi-hourly basis. Time for a new unit, I guess.
