"After I was told I need a new AC system from Sunset air (cool team), I had been using them over 15 years! New unit would cost me from $12K to $20K depending which Trane unit I select. I asked for different brand options, I was told this was the best options. I contacted few other companies to get few more quotes after getting recommendations from neighbors & Angi website. "We, like hundreds of others, took heavy damage to the entire AC system including the duct work from hurricane Ian. The unit outfitted had been completely submerged during the storm surge. Out of three Companies that came to inspect the system and give a quote, Alan, the owner, was the only one to open the unit up outside and run test and inspect internal components. He thought the unit could be saved, and did so! Working under these mobile homes is dirty and hot! Alan knew what had to be done and climbed underneath to replace all the insulated ductwork. Haven got to spend time and speak with him, he is a businessman who cares about the people he serves! Job very well done!"
