Shows before and after pictures of skimmer contents (meaning, he cleaned it out); speaks to me each time about what is happening with the pool, filter, levels; is kind enough to listen to concerns. Recommends (doesn't force) equipment I might need (for example, a skimmer sock). He stays a good 20 minutes tending to things: scraping/brushing sides of pool, deep skim of top debris, etc. Is really invested in the relationship with pool owner. If he's running late or might not show up on his regularly-scheduled date, he will be sure to advise. I recommend without hesitation."

Spoke with 5-7 different companies about the install. All said since i didn't already have a pool heater, I would need to hire an electrician to upgrade my breakers before they could install the heater. I spoke with Robert the owner of SolarX,. He stopped by my house on Wednesday, looked at what need to be done and told me he could the heater installed on Thursday or Friday.
