We believed that we were having problems with our foundation (tiles throughout our downstairs areas were "popping" up). Some other foundation companies quickly looked at the outside of our house and gave us a variety of different things that were wrong - although none of these companies said we had the same problem. The Olshan representative came out and did a free inspection of our foundation - multiple electronic measurements of our foundation for free (something the other foundation companies DID NOT do). He stated that there was nothing wrong with our foundation - it was tiling material. He even gave us a number for a tiler to fix it.

They did a good job of analyzing our home foundation and found it to be level. However, we are still seeing some settling and cracking of joints but not as bad as our neighbor to the North or East of us who had to have many piers to fix their problems.
