they did a quick repair and left the yard and surrounding work area clean, neat and as close to the way it was prior to digging as possible.

the foundation work was fine, but they completely trashed our back yard with excess dirt. it is full of rocks and we have had to block off the bulk of the yard because of our little dogs getting stuck in the mud and the rocks. i have called and sent in a card with no response. the gesture to leave the extra dirt was nice, but it trashed our yard and we will need at least one pallet of grass to replace the grass that is most likely dead now. we had a beautiful yard with nothing but st. aug. grass throughout. years of work gone because of a huge dump of dirt throughout.

I requested the engineers report on our home and never received it. My wife also requested a letter stating what was seen under the house concerning sewage pipe problems we had because of hurricane. To date, we have not received any response on either issue.
