My grass was torn up, now it looks as new as it was before.

They came in, got the job done and cleaned up. Very good job.

Salesman very courteous and knowledgeable. Workers arrived on time - worked non-stop until all work was completed - left no mess behind. Seems to be working well - some mud leakage at bottom of retainer wall opening...Not sure if coming from inside the wall or around outside corner of opening, but no standing water in garage or storage areas.

the foundation work was fine, but they completely trashed our back yard with excess dirt. it is full of rocks and we have had to block off the bulk of the yard because of our little dogs getting stuck in the mud and the rocks. i have called and sent in a card with no response. the gesture to leave the extra dirt was nice, but it trashed our yard and we will need at least one pallet of grass to replace the grass that is most likely dead now. we had a beautiful yard with nothing but st. aug. grass throughout. years of work gone because of a huge dump of dirt throughout.

The Olshan people where wonderful. Not only did they do a great job on my home repair. But they were friendly and informative. From the office staff all the way to the guys on the job.
