They came right on time & worked 12 hours straight getting the job done in one day. They moved my items that were in the way & got the carpet & trim out of the way. They did a professional job for a very reasonable price. However, they did ruin a fan I had in the room which became clogged with cement dust to the point that it would no longer function. They do not by policy replace what they removed, so I have a sizeable job to get the basement back into the condition it was before they started. They did have the best warranty of the contractors from whom I received bids & the lowest price.

I requested the engineers report on our home and never received it. My wife also requested a letter stating what was seen under the house concerning sewage pipe problems we had because of hurricane. To date, we have not received any response on either issue.
