These guys (Alex and crew) were great to work with and did an exceptional job! However, I must say that I felt that I was significantly overcharted by the sales rep. The job consisted of installing a waterlock system in the basement floor adjacent to the basement wall as well as the installation of a sump pump. The total cost was a whopping $6,000.00! I do not feel this job was worth that much and I cannot recommend this company to anyone.

Olshan definitely did a top notch job and did what they said they would do on time. No problems came up and they were responsive to any changes in schedule or questions that I had.

The Olshan's serviceman was very professional and honest. The matter ended up being a bad slab and not a busted foundation and that is exactly what he said. He also recommended that I get someone that did brickwork to repair it. He said it would be much cheaper, since it had not damaged/unleveled the foundation. I was very impressed because he could have easily told me something different and I would have paid that much to get It fixed.
