arrived early,very professional. worked steady until job was finished. I would hire these people again,just because of workmanship.

Everyone was very courteous. I had two things that were kind of annoying, though. One of the installers didn't speak any English, which is to be expected, I suppose, but it was kind of annoying when he was the only one here and I needed to find out how much longer they would be working on the house and if they were done in the bathroom so I could use it. The other minor thing was the fact that a special order window was ordered incorrectly twice, requiring two further visits by the installers to get it right. They of course didn't charge us for their error, but it was slightly inconvenient.

They were the only vendor to do a presentation of the windows. Project went smoothly. No problems.

The company contacted us promptly and was able to meet with us during the evening. It took a bit longer than we liked to get the windows installed, but the quality of the work was good and the windows have surpassed our expectations. There's no more cold air rushing though our windows!

Replaced all the windows of my 4 plex in KC,KS. I went the extra mile and had the windows wrapped for less problems down the road with an older building. The new windows are great, the wrap makes them awesome! Jim a nice guy, made me at ease with the company. As he said "you don't know me from Adam", gave me out opportunities.

Great! Just want others who get their basement window replaced that they may have to finish them off themselves if there is a need to build a frame for the new window.

Jim was very prompt in coming to my house on my schedule to show me the different windows that I had to choose from. I chose the windows but had to wait for the funds and they were very patient, meaning they didn't call me pestering me to set a solid date to do the window replacement. When I was ready they were ready. The whole process was a peice of cake for me.

Jim Poe was very up front and exlained everthing to me very well. Everything that I was told would happen happened. I was so pleased with their work I have already told two friends about them and they are planning on using Nusash
