NuSash reps were straight forward, no gimmicks, and not at all pushy. They visited my home twice and were very helpful. the one-day installation moved quickly and smoothly, and they cleaned up very nicely. The finishing touches (calk and wrap) was nicely done. I am pleased and hope they hold up well. Their guarantee includes everything, no hidden surprises. After hearing a dozen salesmen, and realizing I couldn't afford the top of the line, I went with the best window available in my medium price range. I liked these guys a lot!

My twenty replacement windows did require 3 days for installation. But the windows were ready less than 2 weeks after measurements. The price was competitive and the double hung double pane provide noticeable temperature and sound insulation. The sliding windows did require adjustments simply because of a small amount of excess caulk in seams. The Nu-Sash people were quite helpful.
