I chose to work in this industry because After working in the industry for a number of years for large companies, I decided that I could provide the same quality services at much lower prices.

I love working in Kansas-Johnson, Leavenworth, Miami, Wyandotte Counties-Cass, Clay, Clinton, Jackson , Lafayette, Platte , Ray Counties. because Contractor With A Client Base In Both States.

Install or Completely Replace Vinyl Siding

NuSash did a great job on my siding. The showed up when promised, worked until finished and did an outstanding job. Their workmanship exceeded my expectations. I used to be a contractor and knew what to look for in the install. Great job. Jim Poe was easy to deal with as well. I have already recommended them to a couple of people. I just wish they did roofing, because I would hire them in a minute.

This was a PROFESSIONAL TEAM! Everyone was knowledgeable, capable, and friendly. The complete product was explained to me in advance by Mr. Poe. What a great guy. Everyone was very friendly and the price was great. The installation went very easily. A week after everything was installed my new sliding glass door wasn't closing correctly and Jim had someone out that day to fix it. I was very pleased with the service.

Creative Coverings NuSash did a great job; they were budget friendly and timely. The installer of our sliding glass door actually made aesthetic improvements to the existing door frame at no additional charge. I would recommend them!

I contracted with Jim Poe and CCNuSash to install windows and vinyl siding on my home in KC. We went for the CarvedWood2 series. Jim provided excellent presale information illustrating the features and beneifts or the products. We are exceedingly happy with our descion both in product choice and in selecting CCNuSash. Jim's team of talented customer-centric workmen worked diligently and respectfully on my property always asking me how I wanted the job done. They listened and inplemented with no hesitation. The final project looks outstanding and the attention to detail is of sperior class. I would not hesitate in recommending Jim/CCNuSash!!!!

Criminal Background Check

Who does HomeAdvisor background check?

The owner or principal of each business in HomeAdvisor's network (with the exception of Corporate Accounts) must pass a background check. Unfortunately, we cannot perform a background check on every employee of a business—the background checks are performed only on the owner or principal. As always, we recommend that you conduct your own research on the businesses you hire, including making inquiries directly with the businesses regarding their employee background check policies.

What does the background check cover?

We use a third-party vendor to conduct a criminal records search in the county in which the business owner or principal works. Our third-party vendor uses a national criminal database ("NCD") to screen service professionals. Business owners or principals with felony arrests that carry a pending decision or who are convicted of felonies in the past 7 years ago will not be admitted to the network. Businesses or owners convicted misdemeanors or felonies, or who have dismissed charges or arrests on their records involving rape/incest, sex offenses, or lewd and lascivious behavior at any point in time will not be admitted to our network.

Our background check does not exclude service professionals unless the crime at issue is a felony.

*The comprehensiveness of the NCD varies by state. Please be aware that the reporting in the NCD is particularly limited in the following states: AL, CO, DE, GA, ID, IL, KS, LA, ME, MA, MI, MS, MT, NE, NV, NH, NM, SD, UT, VA, VT, and WY. After initial admission to the HomeAdvisor network, businesses are re-screened if a concern is reported to HomeAdvisor.

Corporate Accounts

Some businesses are employees, franchisees, dealers or independent contractors ("Corporate SP's") of larger national or "Corporate Accounts". When this is the case, we may match you with the Corporate Account or with one of their Corporate businesses. The above screening process does not apply to Corporate Accounts, as HomeAdvisor does not screen Corporate Accounts or Corporate businesses.

Verify Trade License HomeAdvisor checks to see if the business carries the appropriate state-level license. Verify Insurance As a part of our screening process, we encourage professionals to carry general liability insurance. We require coverage for hundreds of services. Verification of State Business Filings For business types that require a Secretary of State filing, we confirm that the business is in good standing in the state in which it is located. Criminal Records Search HomeAdvisor uses 3rd party data sources to conduct a criminal search for any relevant criminal activity associated with the owner/principal of the business. Sex Offender Search We confirm that the owner/principal is not listed on the official state Sex Offender web site in the state in which the owner/principal of the company is located. Bankruptcy Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the history of the principal/owner of the business for bankruptcy filings by or against them. Legal Search for Civil Judgments We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them. Liens Search We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them. Identity Verification (SSN) HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup) We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
