We love our new windows. Jim Poe was a pleasure to deal with. Albert and his crew were very polite and did a Fantastic job. True craftsmanship as Albert is a perfectionist. Both Jim and the carpenters were on time or early every time. I had seven bids and Creative coverings was one of the lowest prices with the friendliest, most profesional people. No high pressure. I felt that they cared more about making me happy + educating me than just trying to make a high pressure sale. I had all of my windows replaced. My nieghbor was so impressed he them to replace all of his windows also. They are very happy as will you be if you Use Jim + Co.

Discrepancy between what was promised as far as indoor "finishing" versus what was completed. Indoor front windows installed but left unfinished with "shims" still showing into the living room. Not properly communicated between appraisal and installation personnel that we requested a finished product look when complete. We would have paid extra for this if it appeared to be an issue at the appraisal, but it was not discussed as not being included. Unhappy with remaining unfinished look of these windows. Second install wasted an entire Saturday for 1 window. Installer came, and said he would be 'Back" and didn't return until the next day

They need to be more up front with total cost and not just quote the consumer with the price of the window (around 200 dollars). (I.E. capping-$60 each window, 40 dollars for measuring, and 60 dollars for hauling.) I didn't learn about the additional charges until the demostration. The insulation looks good, however; it took two days instead of one. (They said it would take one) Overall, I would say a little more then I wanted to spend, but happy with the results.
