We used Creative Coverings. They were very competitive, had a good product and did not try to "overkill" us. The owner Jim Poe is a really decent guy. The installation was done by Alfred and was very neat. They cleaned up after themselves both in and out of the house. Very professional people, and a good experience.

All I have to say was the whole process was easy. They came in, gave their initial pitch, then came back out when I had some questions. They had the best produce and price mix, and the work was completed promptly in an efficient manner. I am extremely happy with my windows and the service.

The experience was a good one, Jim is very professional and full of knowledge. He matched our bid from another competitor, we just got our windows installed today. One screen was smaller and they are ordering a new one and one screen had a small tear and they are fixing it next week. They were timely, flexible, pleasant and affordable- they also really know windows!

delay in having the aluminum wrapping done as the guy didn't show so they hired someone else who did the job. The window installers were very nice
