My family and I can't say enough about this group of people. Jim answered all our questions and was able to get the bay window I wanted so badly. Albert and his team of helpers were very nice and worked hard to get all the windows in, even in the pouring rain! We love our new windows! You can't go wrong with this group! We really enjoyed having them in our home.

I work for a general contractor and am sometimes difficult to please; however, we were satisfied with everything on the project from the sales pitch to the final clean up. It only took 1 week to get siding and windows, and the installations were scheduled the following week. I would definitely hire Creative Coverings NuSash again.

We have a manufactured home and I guess it is more difficult to do anything with...but Albert was positive and never got upset and he got the job done. I was impressed.

They had the best windows for the price. Jim showed us a heat test that no one else did. That's what sold us on his windows.

Overall our experience with Creative Coverings was positive. Jim's approach was "this is how it is" with no high pressure sales tactics. Once we had our windows ordered, the crew was out that following workday to install (in freezing temperatures). I did have to make a follow-up call to the office because we were concerned that the windows weren't caulked properly only to find out Jim and Sandy were on vacation for a week. Luckily we were able to get a hold of Albert (crew foreman) who came out and finished the job to our satisfaction within one week.

They were prompt to call, on time with appointments, and had the windows ready to install before the estimated time. The price was great - 4 full size windows for $1400 and the windows are of excellent qualify. Without changing our thermostat, our homes interior went up 2 degrees. We are so happy with them that we have scheduled to do the remaining windows in our house with them.

The salesman was helpful and not in the least pushy. His prices were reasonable, in my opinion. The installer foreman, Albert, was very nice and able to communicate with me adequately. I was a little concerned about that initially because all 3 installers were Hispanic, and 2 of them spoke no English. However, it worked out fine. Albert is bilingual. He speaks English fluently. They did a workmanlike job and cleaned up after themselves.
