Called & made an appointment. Was timely. Gave references. Set up date to install windows, was a little late for appointment. Was effecient taking out and replacing windows, except for large picture window. Had to break glass to remove. Though they protected the floor still found shards of glass on floor and table top. A return call to see if satisfied with wondows. Will use them again to replace smaller picture windows.

We had three windows replaced by Nu Sash. We had bids from several contractors and Nu Sash was competitive on their bid and offered a unique product for our application. Jim Poe was enjoyable to talk with and very low pressure on the sale. Actually, he was no pressure. He simply described the products and pricing and left it for us to decide. He came out a second time to demonstrate a product after we requested it. Albert and his crew showed up on time and installed the windows and trim wraps in a professional manner. They cleaned up the work areas and removed the old windows as agreed. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and all was handled in a professional and workman like manner. I will definitely contact them when I need windows in the future and would have no qualms recommending them to a friend.

From the estimate to the completed project they were very responsive and professional. The men who removed and replaced the windows were conscientious. I have received many compliments on the appearance of the windows, you can see that they are excellent quality and they were reasonably priced. I would recommend Creative Coverings NuSash to anyone replacing their windows.

Chad did a great job selling the product. Then, in my opinion a great and professional installation Albert and Sonny did a great job! The price was fair and oh by the way the best!!!!

I love the windows. installers were very nice but short on help. We had alot of windows put in so it took 2 full days to do.

The installation seemed to go smoothly. They were only installed yesterday so I cannot yet comment on the windows themselves. They seem to be nice quality, we just wish the kranks were more recessed on the window frames.

The sales presentation was done well. Their bid was lower than others. The crew that came in to install the word did good work. They worked well into the dark, about 12 hrs., to get the job done. They were polite and did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves. I'm going to blame the darkness on some of the issues of cleanup. The next day I found glass in the driveway from the trailer they had the windows in. There were small pieces of metal around the house from the wrapping. My leaf blower/mulcher did not like them. Over all, I'm very satisfied with the price and the work and would recommend them to others.

The job took a little longer than expected but they were very thurough and did a great job.
