"After having serious flood damage to the mansion in 2019, our project Manager introduced us to Dan and Earthon Concepts. The mansion is a very large house and needed serious structure work. Dan came in and was able to do the extensive work in the basement which including building a strong steel frame to secure the three-story 12,000 sq. ft. home so it could stand tall for another 100 yrs. The next project he took on was to rebuild the elaborate main porch, matching the design and workmanship done over a hundred and fifty-five years ago which he was able to do flawlessly. He and his crew have fantastic personalities and were a lot of fun to have here and joke with as I watched my beautiful home come back to life. I am a man with many words and still could not find enough to say how much I would recommend this company to anyone looking for strong work ethics and devoted builders to bring back the history of your home as they did mine. I explained that I needed some help with the water line that connects to the ice maker/water dispenser. He explained over the phone what likely needed to happen and then told me that he would get back with me in a couple of hours. I gave him my address and info and sure enough--2 hours later he comes, takes a look at what I need done, went to the hardware store, and bought what was needed. He then came back and installed everything and spent a good deal of time talking to me about installing our gutters. He's very friendly and I would not hesitate to call him again if we need work done on our house or remodeling. The quality of service we received definitely exceeded the price we paid to hire him. We were convinced we needed repaid, but Derek indicated this was natural settling and not something in need of immediate repair. He gave us tips for watching the cracks to see if another inspection would be needed later. We wanted to pay for his time, but he insisted there was no charge. He could have easily recommended repairs given our concern, so we truly appreciated his honesty and suggestions.
