Jim and his family were delightful. His knowledge and expertise put us at ease right away. He was straightforward in offering what we needed, with helpful suggestions on how we could make our project even better. There was no pressure, but a real desire to satisfy our needs. Albert and the installation crew were fantastic. The showed promptly on the scheduled day, installing and wrapping 11 windows, and finished by the days end. The entire crew worked efficiently and showed great respect for us and our home. They were even very helpful with some last minute changes. We will gladly recommend NuSash. A great buying experience!

Very professional group from the begining of project to the end. Excellent work ethics, very neat and stayed with the project until complete. The entire project was a pleasant experience. Low cost, quality window, quality install, quality service. Uses his own crew so much better control of install process and knowledge of the job being done.

I have only chosen them for now, waiting til next spring to actually have the work performed. I chose them because of the 3 I interviewed, NuSash was most informative, good price (not cheapest but not most expensive) seemed to care about taking care of me, family owned.

The biggest thing I liked about NuSash was they quoted me a fair price first time. None of the game playing where they start out high and work their way down in an attempt to get your business, Chad did a great job with the evaluation and price quote and the office handled all my requests for guarantees and tax credit information. The install handled by Albert went very well. They could have cleaned up the work area a little bit better but overall the work was done in a very acceptable manner. So far so good the product looks great and even though it has been a short ttme I have had no issues with the work,
