Master Remodelers started the job early and finished on time. They hauled off all trash and even did some painting and power washing that I did not ask them to do! Israel, the on site supervisor, and Mark the sales rep. were both very good. I would give this company a strong recommendation.

This was a major project and I feel more attention should have been given to the people actually doing the work on site.

Master Remodelers replaced all of the siding and trim on my two-story home with James Hardie siding and trim. They painted the entire exterior of the home including the soffits and facial boards which I did not have replaced. The work crew showed up when they said they would and worked each day until the job was completed. The work took seven days to complete in some really brutal heat. Being a two-story home I was concerned about the safety of the work crew but they completed the job without incident (meaning they did not fall off their ladders or have a heat stroke). Their attention to detail was spot on. Each day I would survey their work and each day found nothing that needed to be corrected. Once the siding and painting crew finished their work the gutters were replaced as well. In summary, Don Borden did what he promised and what I expected. I would recommend the Master Remodelers for this work to anyone.

Don, the owner, and his two sons, were some of the most friendly people that we have met. They knew their product and demonstrated its functions and efficiency. The price they quoted was well below any other bids that we received for 22 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. The install team lead by Bengi was awesome. It took them only 1.5 days for the work and the quality of the work was awesome. After they finished each day, the house inside and out was just as they found it, if not even cleaner. To show the quality of their work, please understand that the day after they finished, a strong rain storm came thru Webster and while all the wind and rain pounded the new windows and sliders, not a drop of water could be found inside. A testimony to the quality of work and the quality of the Windows as well.

The work was done quickly and professionally. I'm very pleased!
