Great product. Great price. Don spent less time on the initial call than the other pros but just nailed it. He really understood my needs and requirements and offered modifications that made his windows better fit my project. All my neighbors love my new windows and want Don's number.

Owner really sells the job to you how he is so knowledgeable about energy savings. The workmen was very fast and worked neat and clean to keep work area clean. Most defiently would use again .

overall it was a good job, a few hiccups. The communicatio could have been better

The hiccups were a mis-communcation about how long it would take to get Laminated glass windows built. The siding could not be completed until the windows arrived, and the homeowner was a little disappointed about the unavoidable delay.

Master Remodelers both on the price was extremely competitive and on the excellence and knowledge of the crew doing the work has shown why others have rated his work high. The finish up of my Hard-i-Plank intallation should be complete by tomorrow at the latest, at which time I'll complete a wrap up review. As expected the prodject was completed5/28/3011. On the final day a small amount of painting, and touch up remained and was completed. The4 crew didn't rush and was attentive to the job. Clean up, although done daily, was complete with extra care. I'm very plead from the beginning to the end.

Showed up on time, cleaned up well and so far the product seems satisfactory. I was leery about MB due to the low price, being a believer in getting what you pay for. So far, the price seems to be the only difference. Ask me again in Sept. after I find out if I saved any money during the hottest part of the year.
