The windows look so beautiful I decided not to put any window cutains/blinds on them.

I hate to report that this company does not hold up to their guarantee nor do they offer to replace and or repair damages caused by their shabby installation. The owner came out to see how my walls inside are water damaged and he tried to blame it on everything except the window frames which were not properly installed. And I wanted to know what the brown spots on the frame on the inside were and he said he didn't know. He pointed out the windows don't leak, which I explained was not the problem; it is the frames on the outside where I could put my fingers in the top of the windows and feel air coming from inside. So a month later he sent his installers to investigate and sure enough, Benji said 2 of the windows were installed without the proper frames on the outside. The owner said to caulk them, which they did.. I also pointed out to the other installer the brown spots on the frames (he had no idea either) and showed him how the trim at the top of the windows were jagged from snapping off instead of a smooth cut. He said, hmmmmmmmmmm. My old windows never leaked so now, I have to hire a professional contractor to come in and replace 2 walls. The owner has not offered so much as to replace the trim on the inside which is clearly discolored and poorly trimmed.
