Finally found the ideal contractor. Dealing with Mark was a pleasure - he immediately understood the problem, schedule and method, and he formulated a practical solution. No drama or uncertainty - just quick and to-the-point action. The guys arrived as planned and worked together safely and quickly. Workmanship was top-notch and the pricing was very fair. The work was difficult eave work and required working at great height from uneven ground and in unbearable heat. But they performed the work like a ballet. They were in/out quick and left the site cleaner than when they came in. The guys are long-time company employees, not subcontractors, affable and each are craftsmen. They arrived in Mark Meridith LLC company vehicles and all were wearing company-marked work shirts. The company is well supplied with up-to-date and maintained tooling. The workers were all briefed beforehand on the work needed, site difficulties, etc, and went right to work without my needing to re-explain. . The company is DPOR licensed and fully insured. Communications were excellent. We can recommend without hesitation and we are already planning to soon use MM LLC again for another project.

Replaced roof; painted 80% of interior house and exterior white trim; lifted/leveled deck, assessed for rotted wood, and stained; re-aligned tall vertical wood privacy wall and stained; power washed exterior; fixed creaky wood floorboards under carpet; fixed exterior rusted iron railings and wooden railing inside house; repaired highly damaged closet wall and re-hung shelving; re-finished wood floors and stained; re-stained nicked wooden bathroom vanities for fresh look; replaced 3 exteriors doors with new framings that included a set of French doors; poured concrete slab for large A/C unit that needed new foundation; prepared driveway for full asphalt replacement by creatively leveling and protecting a small, sunken embedded emergency drain pipe in the driveway; discovered and repaired disconnected dryer vent pipes in the wall and replaced drywall; replaced rotted wood on front porch portico; and repaired cement cracks in the masonry located on the front facade of the home.

We had a problem with improperly installed Hardy Board Siding. I have been concerned watching some of the boards starting to warp. Concern became worry this past fall when one of the boards separated from the exterior wall. We contacted Mark Meredith, LLC and they sent Carl Walsh who patiently explained what was happening and proposed estimates to fix it. We could have spent less money on the fix to our current problem but decided to go all the way by doing what should have been done when the siding was originally installed. Dago led a crew of very competent workers and we could not be happier with the finished product. This old house will have needs in the future and Mark Meredith, LLC will be the first call I make.

I had a burst pipe on Christmas Day. Mark was able to come out and assess the damage and walked me through what he and his crew were going to be able to do starting that upcoming Tuesday. I will say that everyone that works for Mark is professional and they are very careful about cleanup and making sure that nothing gets damaged. My latest project included: water and mold remediation, new pipes, new outside spigots, new drywall, baseboard, crown molding, and painting. Mark's crew put all of my furniture back where it was and then even hung back up my curtains.
