Mark Meredith

I hired Mark Meredith to get an estimate on either repairing or replacing my exterior wood trim to my townhome. Mark shared different options which he made available as well the cost. He knows what he is talking about, very knowledgeable in his profession. I ended up investing in replacing using PVC trim, which was the best but costly. Mark provided a competitive/reasonable cost. He kept to his schedule on the start date. He had a knowledgeable, hardworking crew with great workmanship. Mark also was kind enough to take care of some small things which were not part of the agreement at no cost (appreciated that). After completion, I was very satisfied with results. I will be contacting Mark again on other future projects as well recommend him to anyone looking to do house projects (exterior/interior).

Mark Meredith quickly provided me a thorough, comprehensive estimate and assisted me with an apples-to-apples comparison with other roofers' estimates. His knowledge and workmanship was top quality. When the install ran into unforeseen internal leak damage, he promptly informed me and worked with me to get the unexpected repairs accomplished. The clean-up was complete...no debris left behind. While I don't expect to need a roofer for decades to come, I'd use him again if I needed another roofing job done.

MM diagnosed the roof leak in a matter of minutes. They replaced two roof vents that were causing the leak. They were on time to do the repair and checked the whole roof for any signs of damage or wear. I would hire this company again for roof repairs.

This is the second project for which I had Mark and his team do the work. They remodeled my 1980s kitchen (I worked with my own designer), installing cabinets and appliances, re-working some plumbing, widening a doorway, and painting. Both the estimate given and the schedule were on target, no surprises. And the work done by the crew was exceptional. They take great pride in the work they do, which is such a welcome quality to have with any personnel doing work in one's home. I do not hesitate to recommend Mark and his team for any type of work. I'll be using them again in the future.

Excellent communication with Mark by phone & email from project Start to Finish involving renewal of exterior window shutters. Repair Tech accomplishing the shutter renewal matched the color to the exact shade and in 5x efficient hours (less that a day) removed, cleaned , sanded and painted each window shutter to look as they did (new) when we bought the house 17 years ago. The price paid was more than fair given the skilled work applied and quality paint materials used. Tech did an excellent job of cleaning up the work site. Impressed with the quality of work accomplished and plan to use Mark and team for any future home renewal work needed.
