Andy and his crew repaired a water leak and mold issue in a bedroom/office closet. They were very efficient and professional in every way. We were particularly happy with the cleanliness of their work. They sealed the bedroom and covered everything. After they were finished they cleaned up and it was hard to tell we had work done. This was the first time we used Mark Meridith, LLC and highly recommend them.

Markâ s team did an excellent job in replacing exterior wood trim and repainting my townhouse exterior at a fair price. The work was completed on time and Mark was highly responsive and communicated with me regularly regarding the substance and timing. I would use his company again.

Mark and his crew (led by Andy) did a terrific job waterproofing our foundation and installing a sump pump, where we had significant water damage from leaks in an old foundation. His crew was polite and professional, and ensured all the work was done to our satisfaction. He was also willing to warranty the service for 5 years. His rates were extremely competitive with several other estimates we had done, and he even charged only the original estimated price, despite some additional work being required because of addition problems discovered only after digging. Would highly recommend Mark to anyone else looking for general contracting work!

This is the second time in less than six months I've reached out to Mark Meredith to fix problem maintence areas in my aging home. His crew is easy to work with did a terrific job just like the first time. They were thorough in investigating and skillfully resolving the various cracks in bedroom walls, the mastmaster bedroom shower ceiling and corners, and caulked/painted afterwards. Everything looks beautiful.

After years of trying to get things done (and being let down) by various "handyman guys", I finally decided to hire a real company. This was a townhouse renovation, top to bottom, inside and out, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results and with the overall experience. If you want a true professional, Mark is your man!

I recently had Mark Meredith do a variety of projects at my house. They replaced my roof, installed a new sliding door, and built a new deck. My original deck was not built to code, but CT and his crew made sure everything was safely and exceptionally constructed this time around. In addition to these projects, they also installed a stamped concrete patio in my backyard. It looks amazing, and Iâ ll never have to worry about weeds growing again! CT was fantastic to work with and always kept me up to date on the progress of each project. The crew was friendly and obviously hard working, taking great pride in their work. In the future, I will absolutely call CT and Mark Meredith if I have contracting needs, and I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a job WELL DONE!!!

Designed an expert solution to our home repair and completed the work in a timely manner with minimum disruption to our busy routine.

Very responsive and professional. The repairs to the roof over my front porch were done in two phases. First phase involved a great two man crew who removed damaged shingles, removed underlayment, removed plywood base. They repaired rafters in the impacted area. They re-routed a section of gutter that was the proximate cause of the roof damage. This work took two days. Phase two involved a separate crew who repaired the porch ceiling and related woodwork. This crew also cleared gutters around the entire house. This crew was 6 persons; they were able to complete phase two in a single day. Company management remained hands on the entire time. I am delighted to recommend others to Mark Meredith LLC; I myself will be calling on them for quite a few (postponed!) projects around my house.
