I don’t usually write reviews however after my recent experience, I thought it was appropriate. I could start with all the buzz words however I was far more impressed therefore using empty exaggerated phrases does not do justice. My experience with Mark Meredith, LLC was genuinely one I will never forget. From the time of initial contact through the completion of the work. I wanted the front of my townhouse redone, to include: replacing wood, framing, both the storm and entry doors, shutters and then painting in two different colors. I actually could have done the work myself with some help from friends however did not have the time. Mark came to give a quote. When I asked questions based on his professional experience, I was impressed with not only his knowledge, but also the fact that he did not try to hard sell anything additional. Instead, he explained things so I could envision the end result from different perspectives. We negotiated a price and scheduled a start date in the following month. During the period between the time the contract was signed and the day the work was to start, Mark would call to let me know we were still on schedule. He and his team showed up on the exact date. They were professional, at the same time very personable. All were knowledgeable and took the time to explain what they were doing whenever I asked. The team finished the work on the day Mark had projected. I was very impressed with the quality of workmanship. In addition, Mark and his team actually did extra work that was not part of the contract at no additional cost. For example, extending the front doorway so the storm door I wanted could be installed. In closing, I’d like to recommend Mark Meredith, LLC for any full-service general contracting work you may want. If nothing else, at least lend he and his team the opportunity to give you a quote. Mark Meredith & Team were fantastic, from the very beginning of the project to the end. From initial inspection, helping me understand what work was required. They were honest and fair, and didn't try to up sell me anything I didn't actually need. The work was done within a day, and the clean was fantastic. I've already recommended and referred others to them.

Responded to my inquiry within 5 minutes. Completed the work within 4 days of making the request, was able to provide cost savings solutions and completed the work for a very good price. He was a very good communicator, giving me updates on when he planned to start the project, contacted me when he was on his way and provided updates as he worked through the project. Highly recommend!

Mark and his team provided quality work on my townhouse. I had let my wooden trim go a few years too long before repairing and I needed some extensive moisture barrier protection and framing done beyond the original estimate. Mark was fair on revising the estimate considering the extra work that needed to get completed in 3-4 days. The team of employees worked hard and went above and beyond an 8 hour day when needed. They painted some additional trim pieces around my front door to match a newer paint color. Hire these guys, they do quality work with a smile and a positive attitude!

The service tech took the time to match the grain and color. More importantly, he managed our expectations of time and scope of work

Carl Walsh and team did a great job after a tornado damaged our house. Roofing, siding, interior damage and shutters - all replaced/repaired by a professional team. They were friendly and answered all of our questions, even working with our insurance company on our behalf.

They were very responsive to my request and the price was very reasonable.

Good service, quick responce

Mark was responsive and knowledgeable. Workmanship was above average. Disappointed in cost overruns and failure to complete portions of job in reasonable time frame.
