I corresponded with Carl CT Walsh on my project. I used him for a portion of my project and I wish I had used him for the entire project. He was responsive to questions, the estimate was reasonable and the workmanship was excellent. I would use him again.

I needed some repairs on exterior window and door trim, as well as the roof soffit and fascia. I called Mark after getting an estimate from another company, and his estimate was more reasonable for the same scope of work. His crew was diligent and professional, got everything done in a few days, and cleaned up everything afterwards. The work looks great--good as new, or better! I'll certainly call him for my next project.

We were in the process of selling our home and discovered that the roof required replacement. Carl was extremely efficient and professional and provided me with a detailed estimate for a very reasonable rate. Work was completed in a very timely manner considering that we had already accepted a contract, Carl and his crew were more than accommodating to help us meet our deadlines! Hired this firm to do some roof shingle and flashing repairs. Carl was very responsive, provided a thorough inspection and evaluation of the problem, and a reasonable estimate and price for the repair work. Jerry then followed up quickly to schedule the work. Original date for the work had to be delayed due to extended work required on a previous job but Jerry kept me up to date on the changes and even rescheduled my work on a Sunday to not delay my repairs further. Jerry and his helper arrived on time on the new date and began work immediately. Work was completed quickly and efficiently. They did a thorough cleanup of the job site and explain all work completed to my satisfaction. Would definitely use this company again.

I had called them out for repair work on an asphalt shingle roof ( buying time before a full replacement). Carl also proposed recoating the flat roof finish for my garage roof & new flashing where the roof met the house. A very necessary repair to that roof as well. All the work was done as contracted (quickly for the shingle repair - it was leaking). When called back on the shingle repair they went above and beyond to make sure the leak was taken care of.

I originally requested pricing from Mark (and others) in February, 2017. Then due to some family problems, postponed any decision until July. Even though many months had gone by before I awarded the work to him, he kept his price the same and performed the work within about two weeks of award. His crew worked steadily and professionally, then cleaned the site. Their work looks great and it was done at a good price.
