I needed to repair, replace and paint exterior trim and panels and replace storm door. Mark Meredith promptly responded to my inquiry, visited for inspection, and provided the proposal, including material/labor and a list of work to be done in a timely manner. He maintained contact with me and showed up with crew at the time and day he promised. When they discovered rotten wood, they clearly explained the problem, offered a remedy, and completed the repair at additional cost that was reasonable. Their work was thorough. In additional to overall process, I also liked some minor extra long overdue repairs they performed when they noticed. I would hire Mark Meredith again for other projects.

Efficient service.

Carl immediately came to the house the same day I called him. The house was damaged after the horrible 70 mph winds hit the DC area. Carl provided a through estimate and found more damage than other estimates. He kept me posted throughout the entire process. His workers did an outstanding job fixing the siding and roof. I will only use Mark Meredith on house repairs in the future.

Very good for the right amount of money

Completed the work timely and within budget. Honored the workman ship warranty after a large windstorm with no questions asked.

The project started on time and finished on time. I liked Mark and his crew. They felt like a small family and treated us as part of that family. We didn't not feel pressured on any decisions, we were given maximum latitude on picking the material, colors, etc. However, we were advised on what they would recommend which was always appreciated. They worked with us around our busy schedule, for the walkthroughs, called if there were any issues that needed our attention. The final project turned out great.

The Mark Meridith co is a very good co. I had a new step and sidewalk put in and it looks terrific. The ideas they had were great and work well. I would hire them for other jobs .

I called Mark Meredith LLC because I had two issues; a roof leak into the kitchen area and a large hole in the wall from the previous owner's mini-unvented gas fireplace. They came out and fixed the roof. We allowed a few weeks to go by to make sure the roof was indeed fixed after a few rain storms. They came out and repaired the ceiling and magically fixed the two by three foot hole in the wall. They laid down drop cloth and hung plastic to contain the dust, hung sheet rock, did mudding, put on primer, put on two coats of paint, and cleaned up in seven hours. You literally cannot tell there was a hole in the wall where the mini-fireplace was located! The ceiling looks like nothing happened. It actually looks better than it did before! Roof and drywall repair by the same contractor. Can't get better than that!
