Getting ready to sell my house and they were able to get my small job done very quickly on short notice in between working on bigger jobs in the area. It was a little pricey but worth it for the quality of the result I got and required time frame. Will definitely use them again if I have a need.

Repair to branch-damaged siding. Unable to get new siding since what is on the house is no longer made or available. MM team was able to take a strip of siding from elsewhere on the house to repair the slashed strip and then make a patch using different siding in a less noticeable location. They willingly came back to redo, since the first time was not the best solution.

We had a problem with water coming in around a below-grade basement door. We had tried a number of techniques to mitigate the problem with some, but not total, success. There was no source that we could identify. We had estimates from companies that, after a quick look, proposed extreme solutions at extreme prices. Mark did extensive testing (for free) and came up with a plan that involved some minor concrete work at a very reasonable, and affordable, price. After a few rains, our basement has stayed dry. Mark was easy to work with and his crew was knowledgable and professional. Highly recommended.

We hired Mark Meredith LLC to do some upgrading to our kitchen. In two weeks time, his crew leveled cabinets in preparation for soapstone countertops, sanded and painted the kitchen cabinets, replaced the kitchen backsplash, closed off soffit above cabinets, added decorative molding to the peninsula and plumbed the sink. In addition, we had them replace and paint the front door to the house, and paint the shutters to match. He and his crew were very courteous, timely and the crew worked hard to achieve completion. I would recommend and hire again for other projects.

Mark Meredith and his crew are fantastic! We found Mark Meredith after multiple consultations with other crews, each one not giving us the answer we wanted or not calling us back for our complicated project (installation of a washer and dryer, and also bathroom rebuild in an older condo). Mark came in, gave us a realistic rundown of his vision for the project, and listened to all of our requests, and his crew was available to start the project the next day. He was 100% professional, responsive, creative, knowledgeable, and genuinely an all-around good guy. He was also upfront about the cost from the beginning. His crew is just as amazing. Jose and Alphonso were super respectful, were always there to answer questions, and worked extremely hard every time we saw them. They used their vast experience to answer our questions and had a really good eye for design that we relied on. Our project came out on budget and on time and we are so happy with it. We will 100% be using Mark and crew for all our future projects (we will have them redo our second bathroom this spring) and have already recommended him to our friends and family. I would highly recommend Mark Meredith, LLC for any roof work on a slate roof. For a good part of my life I have lived in houses with slate roofs and I know it is not always easy to find experienced roofers to do that job. This company acted in a very timely and professional manner. I would definitely use them again.
