Had a issue with a LG refrigerator that I purchased from another individual. It was not cooling properly and I had him come out to give me a estimate for repairs. His response time was it within the timeframe he quoted and he was very friendly and courteous as he surveyed the problem. He worked on the unit for about an hour and replaced a relay hoping that to be the problem. Unfortunately it wasn t and after More testing he revealed that the compressor was bad on the unit. He explain to me that LG products have lousy reliability issues and usually after year to 18 much the compressor goes out on the refrigerators. I receive the cost to repair which wasn t justifiable versus buying a new refrigerator. He then noted which refrigerator makers to avoid and which ones to purchase. I was very pleased and will defiantly recommend him to friends in the future.

Reasonable charges. When he came the first time, the service charge was $75. As happens, the dryer worked perfectly while he was there. He said when the problem reoccurred, he would not charge me for coming again and the fee would be applied to the 2nd call. When that time came, he repaired the problem and was true to his word. Only negative, he is so busy, we had a hard time connecting on a time. Does answer phone calls immediately.

I hired Mr. Fix It to fix a problem with my freezer. He did not. He arrived an hour and 15 minutes late. No phone call, I had to call him to see if he was coming or not. First order of business when he arrived was to do his business. (Suggestion: stop somewhere to take care of that before you arrive at a customers house). He was not able to fix or even diagnose the problem. He also neglected to replace the shelving in the freezer and did not replace all of the screws he removed. Guess I will go buy more. He did however remember to ask for the $75 service charge. Never again.

Jonathan fixed the door switch on my dryer and he also reconnected my dryer vent and cleaned it out for the same price as replacing the switch. I would definitely use him again for my appliances.
