The most important thing is that can call on him and he will schedule you as soon as he can, even the same day if possible. I have used his services at my daughterâ s house to repair an air conditioning system also at my home for shower repair & just recently to look at my fatherâ s hot water heater. He evaluates the situation quickly and has the tools on hand to make the repair or can obtain them quickly. He does not leave you hanging for days while he works on other jobs. He does not leave until the problem is solved. I have dealt with lots of repairmen in trying to keep my old Midtown home maintained, but have never had met someone like Mr Fixit. He is knowledgeable, fast, reliable and his rates are reasonable. He remains topmost on my list to call FIRST for any & all future home repair needs.
