"I had a bathtub and a bathroom sink that drained slowly. He fixed both in less than 10 minutes. I also had a problem with my Kitchen faucet that would not turn off completely and so it dripped. it was less than 3 years old and it never turned off completely unless you pulled it forward. It was not a simple fix. He diagnosed it as a bad stem. He had to go to 3 different stores to find the right one. He had to remove the garbage disposal and pipes to get underneath the sink to replace the stem. After doing so, the faucet continued to drip a little. He worked on it for another 30 minutes and determined that the new stem was faulty. He went back to the store and got a new stem and replaced it. He made sure that this stem did not leak and after replacing the garbage disposal and pipes, he made sure that they worked properly and no leaking. He was very professional and did not give up. I appreciated his hard work and determination. He also did not charge me having to go back to get a new stem."

"Found JE through Angie s List. Within hours of the initial call he was in my home working on my refrigerator. He showed up when he said he would, which I appreciated. Once he made the refrigerator repair, I asked him to look at my garbage disposal. He quickly discovered the problem and got it working again. Had him look at my oven next. He pinpointed the problem, and told me I could save money by easily making the repair myself then he explained how. He could ve overcharged or tried to take advantage of what turned out to be quick fixes, but he didn t. I respect that kind of honesty and will certainly use JE again the next time I have an appliance or plumbing issue."
