We hired Mr Fixit to repair our Whirlpool ice makers. He replaced the bottom ice maker. It still does not make ice. He is supposed to come back at no charge to replace the water lines. It has been over a week and he has not come back yet. We also have not heard from him. At this point, I would not recommend him. in time, he may learn more about appliances and customer service. UPDATE 2-4-2020 Contractor promised us he would refund us $300.00 He has not done so. We do not trust or would we recommend him. I do not think he is a competent repair man for our type refrigerator.

Found JE through Angie s List. Within hours of the initial call he was in my home working on my refrigerator. He showed up when he said he would, which I appreciated. Once he made the refrigerator repair, I asked him to look at my garbage disposal. He quickly discovered the problem and got it working again. Had him look at my oven next. He pinpointed the problem, and told me I could save money by easily making the repair myself then he explained how. He could ve overcharged or tried to take advantage of what turned out to be quick fixes, but he didn t. I respect that kind of honesty and will certainly use JE again the next time I have an appliance or plumbing issue.

Worked around my schedule. Polite and professional. Had to find a work-around because so old they don t make them that way anymore. Price was fair And came the same day.

Jonathan answered my text almost before I finished it. He was here in approximately 2 hours to look at my oven. He went and got the new coil and had it fixed in the next hour. I would recommend him highly.

Jonathan came to work on my ovens. He was 2.5 hours late for our appointment although he kept me informed along the way about his delay and expected arrival time. He seemed knowledgeable and gave me good advice about my ovens.
