Mr Fix It surprised me at how quickly he responded to my inquiry. He came out on the weekend, had a courteous and professional attitude, and knew exactly what to do. He checked and doubled checked his work. Reasonable price. I am grateful for this company!

The price for coming out and simply checking my ac was jacked up $10 more when he came out. He apologized that he forgot what he had previously quoted. Seems there should be one set fee for just looking at the ac. It took him less than 10 minutes to look at it so that bothered me that the price was jacked up.

Mr. Euell was able to come out the same day. Was very punctual, arriving a few minutes before appointment time. Assessed the situation and was able to find the problem quickly. Mr. Euell made the repair, explaining what the problem was, how he would repair it, and what steps I needed to do to maintain my unit. Very polite. I will recommend him.

Mr. Jonathan Euell went right to the source of why the air conditioner was not working. It did not take long for him to see what the problem was, less than 30 minutes. He did a great job. His price is competitive. Great value. I am glad I chose the company.
