Mr. Fix It was 1.5 hours late for the appointment. When he arrived, he was courteous and efficient. He was able to determine the problem quickly;however, he didn’t have the part for the repair and advised me to buy a new machine rather than pay $150 shipping and installation. Good advice. I will call him again if I have a repair need.
