Responded to my request for service quickly...was on time...at this point the freezer and frig are cooling and making ice. Technician was courteous . The repair charge seemed reasonable.

They were extremely rude. They griped the whole time they were there and left trash all over the place. Didn't replace the trim work around the window. It was an overall bad experience.

I'm so sorry you had a bad experiences with us. If there is anyway I can fix this situation I will. But the house was so old we told you before we started we don't fix trim on a window unit. It took us 2 hours to get one window unit out. So I'm sorry, have good day.
