Owner very hands on with operation. Prompt response - Contacted Home Adv on Fri evening. Stanly Ketchum called early Sat to set up appointment to remove Wasp nest from empty home that is For Sale. Removed nest and contacted me in TX before 3pm. Only negative point would be price of $175. Felt it could have been done for much less had I been in state. To Mr Ketchum credit he did give me a full guarantee on his work. He was courteous a nd professional. Le

Stan came and sprayed for spiders. He was very knowledgeable and professional. I was amazed at how detailed he was when doing the job. I already hired him again to come back in the spring. Thank you Ketchum pest control!

They were late by 30 minutes first visit. Late 1 hour second visit. Late today so far 2 hours and 40 minutes. Will not answer phone Will not call me back. day after they left we had more bugs in house then we remember from before. The said you have our guarantee. We will be there Tuesday 2 pm. Now 4:42 not a peep. They did cash my check today. Now that it appears their guarantee is worthless, I have read other reviews. Almost always late, I cannot believe Home Advisor would recommend Them. I threw away my money unless I go to small claims court. I will contact BBB and reproduce this complaint. Common decency would say they could call and say we are not coming or we will be late. Did not happen any of the 3appointments. I had to hunt them down. Really disappointed and I really recommend do not use these folks. It appears people love them for wasps and bees, i do not have those. But in general the service is Pathetic. Unfortunately I could never ever recommend them.

9/16, 9/18, 9/20 was a hour late on 9/23 4 hours late. And he wouldnt even come in because home advisor had called him. Finally met his son. They took traps. Never went in attic to seal spot mice were coming in. There was a spot on the outside of house i had said i get it taken care of. He put some kinda of foam it looks horrible. Alot on ground. Now to get it off will do more damage. Put poison out which i had said didnt want. Said they just die and shivel up in attic. Never use this guy. Lazy. Unprofessional. Anyone can set mouse traps out.

I feel sorry for this lady. We set traps in the basement, kitchen, attic and dilapidated old garage which is a separate building. We caught over a dozen mice, patched entry holes, and baited when we finished trapping just like we always do. We made 5 trips to the house. Her review is a complete misrepresentation of what occurred. I will end by saying that I really liked her rescue animals, especially the wolf.
