only time will tell if I can fully recommend this company. Yes, the customer service was top notch, but will the wasps stay away all summer like they assured me, That will be the real test. But, overall, they were the best price for what I needed done.

They were great with promptly responding and very thorough. They crouched under the deck, climbed on roof and checked all around our home in order to address our wasp issue. They also provided an understanding of things we could do with our home to prevent entry in roof line. Another pest control called that was $50 less and I was hoping they would consider a price match. However, without knowing what the other company was offering, I don't if the "$50 less" company would have included such through work. Non the less, I was pleased and they offer a 90 day warranty which is the longest warranty and I didn't push the issue of price matching. I have known to be offered. I will use them again for sure and the son-dad duo was great.

We are still dealing with the wasp situation but the said they will keep coming back and checking to make sure they are completely gone and they do keep checking up great family business I am glad I went with them.

I booked Ketchum online at 2:30am & they followed up on the day before my appt to verify time. They were here right on time followed up with in their time slot and provided excellent service. I was so pleased with the owner Stan Ketchum and would recommend him to everyone I know! Thank you Stan!
