Communication was excellent. Handled the yellow jackets and got my vehicle into a safe area for me. Proceeded to treat the area and guaranteed the work. Was friendly and had the right equipment to safely do the job. I will be using their services again and recommending them to others,.... Was way better than me trying to deal with the pests,.. and,... I didn't get stung !!!

work done first time was told they would return the following saturday to check, no one came out. was told they would come out as many times as needed , but after finding two more rodent hills I could not get anyone on the phone. Payment made after first visit but on response since. Don R. Valparaiso, in.

Found mice entry points in a few minutes and caulked the garage roof hole. I paid a major pest control company bimonthly for nine year without a solution !!! Very unprofessional business which I’ve shared with relatives, friends and neighbors!!! Extremely pleased with Ketchum and very professional serviceman.

They came out same day I called. Other "big" companies wanted me to wait at least a week. One "big name brand" company didn't even return my call until 10 days after I left a message with their office. Found my local pest guy!!!
