The owner, Stanley came out on a short notice and did a throrough job of taking the monster hornet nest down and treated the area. He walked around the house and make sure there are no more nest before finishing up the job. Very knowledgable and great customer service. I will use Ketchum Pest again.

When I first noticed the biggest bee nest I have ever seen; I panicked and worried I would have to wait awhile to have it removed. I emailed home advisor and within 10 minutes Mr Ketchum called me and was here the next day to remove the nest. Very happy customer!! Thank you.
