They had personnel issues. I called when they were late. I was told I would be called "@right back". After 20 minutes. I had to call. We rescheduled for an hour later. That's a problem when the property is not owner operated.

Bees had built a hive behind my siding , next to the front door. I tried everything I could . One visit from Ketchum , No more Bees!!! They checked entire exterior of home ,cleared out some wasp nest. Told us they would be back if we had any more problems. Great father & son team. Refreshing to see!

Came out on short term notice. Identified the problem and solution very quickly. Was able to eliminate the problem and even gave a warranty for his work. Father and son company. Very professional and I would most definitely use them in the future.
