Great company! They came the day I called and did a thorough investigation. I was worried I had unwanted pests, but they were very honest and said they saw no signs of them but told me about preventative treatments they could do.

The owner did an excellent job. I thought the price was very high but since I have never had this type of problem before I am not sure. He was very nice and excellent at cleaning up before he left.

Mr. Ketchum was absolutely wonderful. He came out because I saw one cockroach. He used a kid/pet-safe spray and searched and sprayed the whole house. He reassured me that he didn't see anything else. He explained things thoroughly. I really recommend his service, although for us it was a little pricey. But that's because we are a low income family.

They guarantee their service. He will come back in between visits to respray or remove nests as needed. Quick response, professional and great value for the money. I even texted him a pic of bugs to make sure it wasn't termites and he responded back right away to reassure me! Great service!
