Pro came in and looked in every room and found evidence of mice. He then recommened poison pouches which he put in areas not visable or accessible to our dog or grandchildren. And now we wait and see if it works. If we need a second treatment they come back and treat again for half price.

After requesting information through your website, I was contacted so quickly that I didn't even get the call. I was still on the computer and Stan had already called my cell phone & I didn't hear it ring. Very professional, honest, and knowledgeable. Our experience with the company wasn't bad. It did not work. The man came out once. We could have paid half for him to come out again. After finding out the product used we decided to invest in the product. We have misted our home 4 times and we are still seeing fleas. The product does not kill the eggs. when they hatch you are back to square one. The products sold me because it was non- toxic. I guess we will keep fighting this seemingly endless battle.

Sometimes when there is a severe flea infestation, it takes more than one treatment to clear it up. That is why I always make the offer to come back a second time at half price for another treatment. On very rare occasions it takes more than 2 treatments which is why all treatments after the first two are free. I guarantee my work and always stand by that guarantee. I use various types of treatments to resolve an infestation. Using a product without the proper professional training seldom results in a satisfactory outcome.

Bees were coming into the house through two can lights about the TV. I called KETCHUM and he was at my door in a few hours. Came in fixed the problem in minuets. I have only seen one living bee in the house since them. Fast here, Quickly resolved at an affordable price.

After talking with Stan and finding out my problem was quite common to my area I was relieved. He was able to come by the same day I called. There was evidence that the problem was taken care of even before he was done with the treatment. And there seems to be longer a problem the next day as he told me!! Thanks Stan GREAT JOB!!!

i have wasp i paid $150.00 dollar thinking they are locate why not and for them to come and spray some stuff and he said they would be gone by the Morning and nope I'm not going to paid these guy again for anything sorry i would not recommend these Ketchum Pest control

Stan was very cordial over the phone & was able to come to my home the same day I called. He completed the removal of the melon-sized hornets nest from my front yard & the peripheral hornets within 20 minutes. Great Price + Great Service!
