They were great! Responded to my inquiry with same day service. Removed huge active hornets nest in large tall oak tree and exterminated developing nest in gutter/eaves. Returned the next day to make sure there were no remaining hornets/wasps. Professional, friendly and thorough service. I highly recommend them.

They didn't find the bat,but they appear to have found the entry, and blocked it . Its been a week and no more bat droppings!
