Initially great. Professional, timely and good follow up. Then nothing. Have tried for 3 weeks now to reach them (mice still there) but no response. They have disappeared with my money but failed to solve the problem or live up to there warranty.

The first time they came out they did a great job. Showed up on time and our ant problem was gone. Found more ants later on called again to have them spray because the work was under Warranty and they told me they would be out Monday. It is now Thursday. Never called or showed Monday. Called Wednesday and still have not responded back. Great company if you only need the work done once. If you need to utilize the warranty. Good luck.

Very professional family owned business. Iâ ve dealt with large corporate pest removal companies in the past, and they canâ t hold a candle to Ketchums.

Ketchum and Son do a great job. They came out right away and the son went to work getting rid of all those nasty wasps and nests. He showed no hesitation or fear of getting stung. I felt such a huge relief and the little monsters have not come back. Thanks guys for giving us our backyard again.

Did a thorough inspection throughout including the roof. Applied product around exterior perimeter and roof and inside of every room including the crawl space. Solid customer service oriented demeanor and mentality which was good enough to offset the late arrival of 2hrs. I gave him a break coming off of a holiday. But solid service and thrice verified conveyance of warranty on services. Three days later - no ant in sight!

They guarantee their work and if you notice hornets coming back they come right out and spray again with no questions. And the son came out to my house this time-sprayed inside all of the crevices in my ledge-rock on our garage. He was very thorough. Polite.
