Write a ReviewInitially hired in October 2023 to replace nearly every window in the house for $20k. The install was extremely poor, multiple windows were cracked, trim work was damaged, windows were not installed flush with the house. Between October 2023 and May 2024, techs visited my house 10 times, forcing me to burn over 40 hours of vacation. I would go over a month without any response from management. The crew no call/no showed, and communication regarding scheduling was very poor. After a 7 month ordeal, VP Justin and I discussed a credit to my account which was quoted at less than 5% of the total cost, and less than half the value of the vacation time I burned for appointments. After a month of updates and trying to negotiate a larger credit, no one will respond to me. Justin informed me initially that I would have to sign an NDA if I received a credit. This is likely why most of their reviews are positive. Avoid this company like the plague.
I'm thrilled to share my experience with Paramount Builders! They went above and beyond to restore my parents' home with new siding and gutters after they had been taken advantage of by another contractor. Not only did Paramount Builders deliver exceptional quality workmanship, but they did it with compassion and integrity, covering the cost entirely. The new siding and gutters have transformed the appearance of the house, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Their dedication to customer satisfaction and commitment to making things right truly sets them apart. We are incredibly grateful for Paramount's professionalism, expertise, and genuine care. Tried to put in hidden fees without notifying the home owners who was present. Made the final pricing looked like it was complete in the service set up. Will pay for quoted fees, but NOT willing or able to pay for added hidden fees at end of service date. No communication once service was written up and down payment submitted. Will NOT use this company again. BEWARE!!!!
very poor customer service. I regret having my windows installed with 1800 Hanson. First, my installation got delayed by 2 months. Then, they sent me sub contractors to complete the installation, which has not been done correctly. for example, many metal screws were added to the let to windows that are not part of the design and look ugly, the team did damage my bathroom door, screen door bent and damaged, sub contractors are like Craiglist handyman with no badge or sign on the truck. I gently called 1800Hanson and asked for a quality inspection. it looks like all they care about is the payment and not the quality of their product. Then a lady called me threatening me to either make the payment immediately or it goes to collection without first taking care of my issues. what an attitude and customer service. Plus, I do not have a written warranty. This is purely a scam. they take your business, sub sell it to a local sub contractor, and take their portion or the cake
We love our new shower! Ethan and Troy were excellent! Very polite, kind and courteous, also timely and professional. Hard workers and meticulous. I would highly recommend Hansons!
The install went great. Very quick and kept us in the loop. Had an issue after the install and getting someone to fix the issue was rather difficult as the person I talked to was quite dodgy and short with me. Would not respond to calls and kept missing self imposed deadlines to get back to me. Finally got someone to make the repairs.

They were very detailed. Asked a lot of questions and gave good advice.
Good friendly working crew did the job in a timely manner no muss no fuss in and out enjoyed watching them do their craft!
