They are a large firm. They wanted to do more work than what we really wanted. They were pushing to do more work. They weren't coordinating their activities between their contractors. There were different people that came out and didn't know when the other one was supposed to come out & didn't know that they were supposed to do certain work. We weren't told when they would come up and they just showed up. It was not a good experience. The quality of the work was good. We enjoyed the work that they did, but it was just their communication lacking. The people didn't respond to the job. They didn't communicate with the customers about when somebody was going to be out there when they didn't. The price was high. We were a little displeased with them. There were different aspects of professionalism. When we brought it to their attention that they were not communicating between each other, they started to make excuses.

Cris and Terry came to the house to do estimate and explained everything in detail. The crew came out 4 days cater and completed it all within three days. They did a great job.

Professionalism was the operative word throughout each meeting to write up the job order, and the installations job. The quality of Preservation Windows along with Provia Doors are second to none. The highest of quality and the reason for such an excellent warranty. When it comes to a product line, Mr Augustine acquires only top of the line. You will not be disappointed.

They are a little expensive but they are well worth it. One of the workers is a perfectionist, and wanted to get everything just right and I appreciated that. I have been using them for a number of years. They treat you the way they are suppose to be treated.
