It was a great experience. They came early, worked hard and cleaned everything up. Nice courteous people. Felt comfortable with them working in our home.
All personal contact was excellent.
Two representatives came out and gave a presentation of their products and wrote up a quote for complete replacement of ALL windows in our two story house. At that time, we didn't have funding for a complete redo. Paramount offered that if we signed a contract at that meeting, they would replace the windows on the front of the house now and replace the windows on the back of the house at a later date at the remaining price.  We paid for the windows on the front of the house at that meeting and with a handshake they agreed to honor that price to get the back windows replaced when we were ready. It took several weeks to get the windows fabricated, which we thought was reasonable amount of time. It was two day install with no issues and the installers arrived on time. About 30D later, we contacted Paramount to see about having the remaining windows replaced. Paramount sent one of the original salesman out and  the quote to finish the remaining windows on the back of the house was increased about 1.6K over the quote he gave us three months prior. We were told the original quote was not valid due to the installers charged Paramount for services and materials Paramount didn't figure in the original quote and 'we got a really good deal'.  Paramount wouldn't budge off their  newly revised quote, and we elected to go with another business to complete the replacement.
