Paul and Julia. a two-person installation team were awesome. Clean, quick, professional, and punctual. Paul is a real craftsman. He went the extra mile to re-use some wood trim from the old windows to make the new ones blend in to the rest of the house.

The installation went very well. The workers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. We have had problems locking all the double hung windows. They have replaced half of the new windows yet we still are not able to lock the windows.

They were supposed to replace any of the wood that was rotten or soft, and all they did was cover it. They didn't replace it. My screens don't fit now. I thought the price was reasonable for what they were going to do, but for what they did do it was excessive.
